Sick and tired of people just walking through the door unannounced to service your equipment?

It is our policy to work with our customers so our attendances are anticipated. 

As our customer we will discuss how you want to be contacted.  Normally your AMfp service personnel will phone you prior to any scheduled 6 monthly and or annual servicing.  Arrangements are made for an attendance time convenient to both parties, with you in the driver’s seat.

Regular weekly testing is pre-arranged with your nominated contact for a routine service time so you as our customer can get your staff accustomed to these procedures.  Monthly procedures are frequently arranged on a similar basis. 

It is important for us to work together with you to ensure you meet your legal requirements with the least amount of disruption to your business.

Ever received a report from a fire company and had absolutely no idea what it really means?

Our service reports have been designed to be read and understood by the Company Engineer or someone with absolutely no understanding or knowledge of fire equipment and or legislated requirements.  Reports are personalised to include historical notations, recommendations, notifications of up-coming equipment major servicing, improvements required to your general house-keeping or just observations.

Reports evolve and from time-to-time recommendations are made for additional equipment or changes to your current fire protection coverage.  Businesses are in various stages of development and change and as such your fire protection needs must adjust to these changes.
